Return Policy

 You have 14 days to change your mind! Keep your receipt because it is necessary in case of a return.

The return Policy of Bottleshop.gr is to accept back every product   within 14 calendar days   from the day of it'sdelivery.

The request for replacement of a product should be made by phone at (2831.030302) or by mail ([email protected]).

In this case the shipping cost for the return of the product is borne by the customer. Note that the above also applies in case the   customer is not charged the shipping costs, due to the fact that the original   order included some promotional action. Replacement of the product will   be accepted only if it is in its   original-factory * condition   together with all the documents that accompany the product (eg Retail Receipt or Invoice, etc.)

Wrong, Defective or Damaged Product

Bottleshop accepts the responsibility for sending the wrong, damaged or generally defective product. The request for product damage must be declared within 14 days after delivery of the product by mail ([email protected]).

After consulting with the corresponding department of the company, Bottleshop.gr will take care to replace the product or return your money.

The new product is shipped without you having to send us the   returned product. When the courier company arrives at the customer's place, it leaves the new   product and receives the returned one.

Caution

- In the event of a defective product, you will need   photos of the product and its box   on a clean background to process the request.

- In case of product return, shipping costs will be borne by the sender.

-   All changes and refunds are based on the prices on your   receipt or invoice.

- The product should be as you received it (without wear, dirt, etc.), and its packaging is perfect, without dirt and with all the packaging material inside and without being unsealed.

If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to us to replace it or refund your money. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
