1. INTRODUCTORY TERMS

1.1 The website thebottleshop.gr is the personal professional website of our business and aims to provide information about our products and services.

1.2 The visitor or user of the website thebottleshop.gr (hereinafter the “WEBSITE”) must read carefully and word-for-word, and understand the terms and conditions of use of the website listed below before visiting or using our pages and the services provided through them, and in case of disagreement, must refrain from remaining on the website. Otherwise, it is presumed that they accept and consent to them.

1.3 The following terms of use apply to all content and anything included on the website as a whole.

1.4 The WEBSITE has the right to modify the terms and conditions of use at any time it deems necessary, and the visitor or user of its services must check each time for any changes that may have occurred, and if they continue to visit or use our website, it is presumed they accept any such changes. If they disagree, they must refrain from visiting or using our website.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF VISITOR – USER

2.1 The visitor – user of our website must comply with the applicable Greek and European legislation, as well as with ratified International Conventions that form an integral part of Greek law, and must observe the Code of Ethical Conduct on the Internet (NETIQUETTE).

2.2 The visitor – user of the website must refrain from any illegal behavior or abusive action during their visit to our website or while using the services provided through it.

2.3 It is expressly prohibited for the website visitor or user of its services to adopt any unfair practice.

In particular, they declare that they understand that the access credentials provided to them (username and password) are strictly personal and will not be disclosed in any way to any third party.

3.2 The WEBSITE takes all necessary measures to ensure that all information and services provided through it are delivered with the highest possible accuracy, clarity, timeliness, formality, and overall correctness, and that the personal data of our clients – registered users, provided to us by them, as well as any data related to the cases assigned to us, are safeguarded with the utmost care. However, the WEBSITE and its administrators, as well as any other appointed or entitled party, bear no responsibility for any damage or personal data breach suffered by the visitor or user of its services, arising from their use or from malicious and unlawful interference by third parties.

3.3 Informational emails – newsletters: The bottleshop.gr, provided that a commercial transaction has previously taken place with you and you have given your consent by entering it in the online store’s form, sends informational emails. We are not responsible if newsletters are not delivered to their destination. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or wish to unsubscribe from receiving them, you can do so via the Newsletter’s “Unsubscribe” option. We will only send you information if you choose so, and for as long as you wish. If you have placed an order through the online store, we send automated messages about the progress of your order. We only share your personal data to the necessary extent with our partners who help us fulfill your order or provide other services offered in our store.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 All content of the website thebottleshop.gr, including but not limited to texts, statements and written materials, photographs and other images, graphic elements, logos, designs, software, provided services, as well as any other file contained therein, is protected under Law 2121/1993 as in force, and other provisions of intellectual property law of Greek, European, and International law, except for third-party rights that are expressly recognized.

4.2 The reproduction, republication, storage, sale, transmission, distribution, dispatch, issuance, performance, uploading, translation in any manner, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of the Rights Holder, is strictly prohibited.

4.3 In the case of using articles or other texts from another source, the source of origin is explicitly stated at the end of the quoted text. If anyone believes that their intellectual property rights are infringed by the inclusion of such text, they must immediately inform the WEBSITE via e-mail or the contact form.

4.6 For resolving any dispute arising from the breach of the above, Greek and European law shall apply, and jurisdiction is hereby concurrently established in favor of the Courts of Athens.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

5.1 This usage agreement is governed by European and Greek law, as well as international conventions that have been incorporated, and other international provisions.

5.2 If any of the above provisions is deemed invalid or voidable, it shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will in all cases remain in force.

5.3 No modification of the terms herein can be considered valid unless it is in writing and incorporated into this agreement.
